Our verdict

This tour fits a typical Cabo San Lucas call (8:00 am–3:30 pm). It runs 45 min; ashore by 8:45 am, you can start by 9:00 am and be back at the gangway around 10:00 am — 4 h to spare on top of a 1 h safety margin.

Rule of thumb: it keeps the safety margin as long as all aboard is 11:30 am or later. Even a short 7:00 am–2:00 pm call works.

We don't have a verified start point for this tour yet, so we assume 15 min each way from the pier — the typical ride in Cabo San Lucas. Check the meeting point on the booking page.

Among the 397 Cabo San Lucas shore excursions we track, this is one of the shorter ones (the median runs 2 h 45 min); 86% of them fit a typical call. Cabo San Lucas is a tender port: we add 45 minutes to get ashore and keep you back 30 minutes before all aboard for the last tender.

Computed from the tour's published duration, the distance from the cruise pier to its start point and the typical Cabo San Lucas call. Adjust your ship's times above to recheck.

  2. 2
    Stop 2
Lovers Beach, locally known as Playa del Amor, is a stunning, remote beach situated at Land's End in Cabo San Lucas—the exact point where the Sea of Cortez meets the Pacific Ocean. Because it is nestled among dramatic limestone rock formations, including the famous El Arco (The Arch), it is accessible only by water.
  3. 3
    Stop 3
This protected marine area teems with biodiversity. Jacques Cousteau famously dubbed the region the "aquarium of the world," and at Pelican Rock, you can easily spot sea lions, pufferfish, angelfish, and occasionally even manta rays.

  • Please Note: This boat is not all glass bottom so do not expect the whole bottom of the boat to be glass which you won't find a boat all glass bottom anywhere in Cabo because it is against Government Boat Regulations therefore all glass bottom boats in Cabo are built the same way with a rectangle glass window which is considered the glass bottom boat in Mexico but some boats are small and other boats are big. If the whole bottom of the boat was glass bottom it would be dangerous because it can break and that would sink the boat. There's a reason why the bottom of the boats are not all glass for SAFETY reasons.. You can still see the fish through the glass and also on both sides of the boat. Just look at all of our pictures. If you want an all clear boat please book with us the all clear transparent boat we have online which costs more money and is the same tour as this except all clear transparent boat cannot drop off or pick up at the beach, but we can with this glass bottom boat tour.
