A 16-acre county beach park at the end of Reynolds Street with wide sand, calm shallow water, a renovated wooden pier, playgrounds, a dog park, tennis and volleyball courts, a restaurant and the White Street fishing pier for views. Next to it the 1862 West Martello Tower, a Civil War brick fort on the National Register, is kept by the Key West Garden Club as a tropical garden. The Key West African Cemetery memorial is beside the beach.
